1944年12月17日　フロリダ州 Daytona Bechで出生 本名Frances Yvonne Gearing。
The SteinwaysやThe Gloriesのリード・シンガーとして活躍(67年〜70年)を経て、72年からQuiet Eleganceのリード・シンガーとして活動後、ソロに・・
Hi時代は日本のソウル・ファンの間で圧倒的な支持を得て、79年にはOVライトの前座で来日している。
明日、The GloriesのCDが日本発売されるらしいので発売を記念して
